OZD Teknoloji ve Danismanlik Limited Sirketi (“OZD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile games under the OZD Teknoloji ve Danismanlik Limited Sirketi brand (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Apps collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. It applies to all apps published by OZD Teknoloji ve Danismanlik Limited Sirketi on the Apple App Store and, where applicable, other platforms.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health, or financial/payment information through the Apps. If a particular OZD Teknoloji ve Danismanlik Limited Sirketi app requests access to any of these (for example, to save a screenshot), that will be disclosed in the app’s own in-app permission prompt and, where required, in that app’s specific App Store product page.

2) Third-Party Services

3) How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and game content;

diagnose and fix bugs and crashes;

understand how players use our Apps in aggregate, to guide feature and design decisions;

serve, measure, and — where you have consented — personalize in-app advertising;

respond to support requests and feedback; and

comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your jurisdiction, sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for personalized ads (Section 2) may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain laws; Section 5 explains how to opt out.

4) Children’s Privacy

OZD Teknoloji ve Danismanlik Limited Sirketi apps carry an Apple App Store age rating of 4+. This rating reflects that our content is appropriate for a general audience — it does not mean the Apps are directed at, or designed to attract, children. Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: If you are a resident of a U.S. state with applicable privacy legislation (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia), you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact us using the details in Section 8 to exercise this right.

GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland): If applicable data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data, you may exercise these by contacting us.

Deleting app data: Because our Apps generally do not require an account, uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device. To request deletion of any data we hold about you (such as support correspondence), contact us at the email address in Section 8.

6) Data Retention

We retain the information described in this policy only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — for example, aggregated analytics and crash data are typically retained for a limited period consistent with our analytics and crash-reporting providers’ standard retention windows, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

7) Data Security and International Transfers

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information handled by our Apps. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our third-party service providers (Section 2) may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required by applicable law, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those service providers.
